- Installation:
- Please do deburring with 400-600 grid sand paper
- Chamfer R: Lower part of piston skirt R0.2-R0.4
- Chamfer Valve recess section R0.3-R0.5
- Cylinder boring: Tighten the crank cap bolts with torque while assembling
- Piston ring abutment clearance adjustment:
- Top ring: 0.25-0.35 mm
- 2nd ring: 0.25-0.35 mm
- Oil ring: 0.45-
- Please align the ring opening angle at 45 degree with respect to the front -rear direction of the engine
- Connecting rod full floating processing:
- Check the clearance between the piston pin and the connecting rod small end bush
- Oil clearance specified value 0.012mm
- If the specified oil clearance cannot be maintained, please replace the bush
- Takes approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.
