Comes complete with horn switch and horn button. It fits right on without any adapters. (*For left hand drive car, you need to bend down turn light lever a bit to get by your hands)

For Skyline Hakosuka owners: Recommended part #40-NS250: Datsun Competion Steering Wheel was originally designed to be fitted on Datsun 240Z cars, and so the turn light often does not return properly on Skyline Hakosuka. This is adapter eliminates the issues.
