- Caution: If you are doing a door-off full restoration, you need to adjust the door assembly with these weather strips, door panels, latches, and strikers on the car during body work so that the doors are perfectly center to the body opening. Many customers who complain about fitment of their weather strips have issues with door to body alignment.
