Can you find ___ for me?
If it’s not listed on our website, then we don’t have it. We also do not “hunt” parts for you.
I can’t find my country in the checkout page.
Free shipping is offered within the mainland United States only. If you are ordering from overseas, you must fill out our ordering form for a shipping quote. Please provide your full address and a list of part numbers you would like to order.
Another option is shipping to a third-party forwarder. Since we offer free shipping to anywhere within the contiguous United States, this is a popular choice for many of our customers.
Why can’t you ship this item overseas?
This applies to items that are too large for our standard carrier. In this case, you must make your own shipping arrangements or use a freight forwarder based in the United States.
I ordered an item a long time ago and it has still not arrived!
This could be due to a variety of reasons.
If you ordered a special order item, then please expect a minimum wait of 3-4 weeks (NOTE: Due to the ongoing pandemic, this has been extended to 4-8 weeks). This is because we order the item directly from Japan.
One or more items could also be on back-order. This means we currently don’t have any in stock, but are expecting more to arrive in due time. If this happens, we will usually contact you beforehand.
Sometimes, our suppliers can experience difficulties and this can cause even further delays. In this case, all we can do is ask that you remain patient.
Your shipment could also be held due to other reasons. In this case, we will email you in advance with more details.
Why did you cancel this item?
There can be several reasons for this:
- The item is damaged and we have none left to replace it.
- The item was discontinued by our supplier.
- There was a discrepancy in our inventory count, and we do not have any left to sell.

There is a problem with my package delivery.
Sometimes, the package may not be scanned at every stop. This may cause tracking info to stop updating, but your package is probably still on its way.
Due to the current pandemic, many carriers have been suffering delays. You will eventually get your package, but it may take longer than usual.
If the package was claimed as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us right away and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
